Consultations with Dr. David Chams are scheduled on an individual basis. By requesting a consultation:

6. Payment Terms

Payment for consultations, protocols, peptides, supplements, patches, and any other products or services is arranged directly with Dr. Chams, not through the Site. Payment methods, currency, and refund policies are communicated on a case-by-case basis. The Site does not process payments or store financial information.

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding any health outcomes, weight loss results, or other benefits from our protocols, peptides, supplements, patches, or services. Individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors including, but not limited to:

8. WhatsApp Communication

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. By contacting us via WhatsApp:

• You acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party messaging platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not controlled by Genesis 11:6 Metabolic Health
• WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, but may be stored on your device and Dr. Chams' device

• Genesis 11:6 Metabolic Health is not responsible for WhatsApp's privacy practices, data security, or service availability

9. User Obligations
